Is everything handmade?
Yes! Wherever possible, everything is handmade and recycled. The candles and wax melts are handpoured, jewellery beaded together by hand, and accessories like the magnets are also put together by me.
Where do you get the materials for your products?
The majority of materials for REBLOOM products are recycled. Usually these are purchased from op shops and zero waste stores, saving products like ceramic jars or old jewellery which might otherwise end up in the landfill. To complete the creation of REBLOOM products, quality materials like soy wax for the candles or stainless steel for the jewellery are used, to help ensure they will be good to use for a long time.
Will you refill my candle jar once it's empty?
Yes! I would love to keep candle jars in use rather than in the landfill. Email or reach out on social media to discuss a discounted refill rate once you've used your candle up (whether it's a Rebloom candle or not).
What is your return policy?
We are happy to offer refund, exchange or store credit for products which are returned, unused and undamaged, within 30 days of receiving. Find our full return policy here.
We are happy to supply a refund (or replacement, where possible) if the product is damaged during the shipping process. The customer is liable for shipping costs.
